Right from the very first time we met with Rachel we knew that we wanted DRHomes to build our home.

Rachel made the whole process easy on us and with my husband working overseas she took the time to explain everything to me, all the ladies who answer the phone have been very helpful to me with my sometimes silly questions. And Luke well what can I say about him, you have a good/kind foreman who was VERY understanding when I went for inspections. It's been a few months since we've moved in to our home so I thought it was time to write in and let you know how happy we are with the amazing work done by the team at DRHomes.

We loved that there are no hidden costs and unlike other builders, what you see in the display home is what you get so you know what the standard inclusions are and what you will receive.

All of the house designs with DRHomes offer practicality and we chose the Donington 20 design as it fit our needs perfectly and we love showing it off to everyone who are always impressed of the design.

My husband and I have recently built our first family home with DRHomes.

As part of our building project, we researched many companies over many months. We regarded the price, before and after service, product knowledge, staff support and a floor plan that suited our family’s needs. In our search for an ideal home, we came upon DRHomes. We found the staff to be very helpful and dealing with the boss, Davie, gave us added confidence that we would indeed get what we were looking for.

We were not disappointed. The plan that Davie and his team drew up for us was exactly what we dreamed of. We have open plan living, with zoned areas for different purposes. We have the retreat we always thought we would have, and the children love their own TV and chill out area.

We built our home on 1440m² in Joyner, but before we built, we saw a similar house on a smaller piece of land in Coomera and both houses achieve similar outcomes; they use the space available to its potential. The location of our home on the land was very important and at DRHomes, they were able to suggest the placing of our home on our land to fit with our requirements.

Our home has many ‘favourite’ parts; the luxurious ensuite, the children’s retreat, the lack of clutter due to well organised cupboard storage, the kitchen and of course all of the high grade fixtures that came with the house at the original cost.

I would like to close by thanking everyone at DRHomes for their professional and helpful manner. The months leading up to the start of our project were filled with completing forms and applications for various companies / banks. DRHomes were extremely helpful and understanding throughout this process. During the building of our home, every phone call or correspondence with DRHomes was answered with efficiency and politeness.

If I had to recommend a company to build a home to any of my friends or colleagues, I would not hesitate to recommend DRHomes.

DRHomes built a home for us at Upper Coomera entirely based on my design.

The process seemed so easy, turning my sketches into real plans. It was amazing seeing my ideas come to life.

We are a family of two parents and three children (aged nine, thirteen and fourteen) and our new home suits us and our lifestyle perfectly. We have plenty of room to either be together or find our own space when we need it.

Our home is a large single story house with four large bedrooms, a huge kitchen/living area plus a separate lounge and generous study. We love the modern contemporary style of the home, its large open spaces and the porcelain tiles are a nice touch. Best of all, the kids' bedrooms and bathroom flow off their own rumpus/lounge so all their mess can be shut behind one door!

Building can be a very stressful time, but with DRHomes it was enjoyable watching our home come to life. The communication was great all the way through and Dave and Michael really worked with us, almost as a part of their team during construction. Dave really understood what we wanted in a home and was able to find great solutions in some instances where our dream didn't align with practical reality or our budget. DRHomes worked with us every step of the way and even took care of the landscaping, driveway, fencing and other little incidentals that larger builders may not include.

I would recommend DRHomes to anyone wishing to buy or build a new home, as their service is personal, with great attention to detail.
