Project Home Building Supervisor
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the DRHomes team on the southside of Brisbane!
The role is to build new project homes overseeing them from site cut through to handover to a display home standard or better.
A key responsibility will be to ensure all new homes are completed on time, within the allocated budgets and to the specifications of the contract, you will be supported by a team of professionals within our organisation to help you achieve your targets and deliver satisfaction to our clients.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Sound technical construction knowledge
- An understanding of relevant council requirements
- Certificate IV Building & Construction
- A minimum Trade Qualification in Carpentry (essential)
- Site Supervisor or Builders License (essential)
- A Construction Induction White Card (essential)
- Good forward planning / scheduling / organisational skills
- Sound computer skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent professional and personal presentation
- Full driver's licence (essential)
What’s on offer:
